6 WEEK FITNESS SERIES
WE WELCOME YOU TO THE TEST!
- This is a 6 week series, compiled of 6 fitness challenges to complete.
- 1 fitness challenge to complete per week for 6 consecutive weeks.
- There are 3 different league representing 3 levels of fitness. LV1 (KANG) (Novice/Beginners) – LV2 (K2) (Intermediate) & LV3 (EVEREST) (Experienced/Advanced).
- There is a generic fitness test to complete – this will determine which league you will be entered in to.
- You will need to film yourself completing the challenge and then send the video to us so we can watch and score accordingly.
-You can email us your video to firstname.lastname@example.org or upload your video in to the Facebook group!
- Challenges will be sent out Friday and you will need to have this completed and sent back to us by Monday (midnight).
- League tables will be updated within 72 hours from that Monday.
- You will need to repeat this process for 6 consecutive weeks and a winner/winners will be announced upon the series completion.
